Kit from Promega to measure LDH release - have you used it? (Jun/04/2007 )

I need to measure LDH release in my cell culture (primary neurons & astrocytes) and I have seen this kit from Promega. Have you used it? what are you opinions about it? Is there another better?

Hi,

I used this kit for my experiment and had bad result for one or other reason!
I test the effect of bacterial infection on cell's viability. I had lot's of problem because all control needed were compeltely weird and my percentage of cytotoxicity was negative.
If you want to see the cytotoxicity on cell you can use the Toxilight assay from Lonza (Cambrex). It works well but you need a luminometer for 96 well.
