I'm to add poly(A) tail to the RNAs extracted using poly(A) polymerase, but there's some details i am not sure.

Hi Qinlian, I've used both yeast and E.coli PAP to poly© and poly(G) tail various RNA substrates for cloning purposes. What details of the procedure are you questioning?
