why my IMEM looks a bit yellow after thaw? - (May/23/2007 )

Two weeks ago, I filter 1 L IMEM (with phenol red and NaHCO3), and speprate in different bottles, the first bottle I used looks normal(just red);but others looks a bit yellow red(this color indicates a little acidic, right?) after thawed ,anybody can tell what makes this? Thank you!

there must be different treatments, bottles or anything; perhaps loss of CO2 (from NaHCO3)?
