SNPAnalyzer: web-based workbench for SNPs analysis - (Nov/03/2003 )

We developed a web-based workbench for SNPs anaysis, SNPAnalyzer.

The main modules of SNPAnalyzer are listed below.

1. Hardy-Weinberg Equilibrium
2. Haplotype Estimation
3. Linkage Disequilibrium
4. QTL Analysis

All of the modules are executable in one web-interface and can be freely available at http://www.istech21.com/bionics/consulting_6.htm after simple registration.

The characteristics of SNPAnalyzer are listed below.

1. User-friendly GUI interface
2. Simple input data format
3. Various alogorithms adopted
4. Various output format for the analysis results

SNPAnalyzer might be helpful to study human genetic variations, SNP discovery, population genetics, and personalyzed medicines development.

Do you have a english version? although most text is in english but some popups are in korean which I could not understand and eventually could not complete the registration.

Hope you can make some changes.

Currently, the manual&example download popup is in Korean. But, if you click the second button(save button) you can download manaul and example data. Example data consists of below.

genotype data -> Geno.txt
phenotype data -> Pheno.txt
distance data -> Dist.txt

By the way, I think, manual would not be very helpful to you because it is written in Korean mostly.

We will prepare English version manual as soon as possible. Maybe you will get it before the arrival of December.
