transfection with PA-1 cells - (Apr/19/2007 )

Hello,
I have been doing transient transfection by Calicium phosphate method in 293 T cell regularly, & I am getting an efficency around 80%. Now I started the same in PA-1 cells, I don't see any flouresecnce at all, I tried several times, but no luck. Could anyone please help me with that.

Try some lipid agents, like Lipofectamine 2000, or fugene.
