Anyone tested DharmaFECT 1-4? - (Apr/06/2007 )

Hi, I wonder if anyone here tested DharmaFECT 1-4?

How do these reagents perfom?

and where are they stand when compared to Lipofectamine 2000 and fugene?

I want to learn from you before I spend $$$ on these.

i am setting up sirna in the lab and got free samples of the dharmafect reagents to trial, though i havent used them yet.

may be worth dropping them a request and you can see for yourself, may be quicker than waiting for my cells !!! (animal problems)

I have been using DF1 for silencing in PC12 and MIN6 cells. Both >95% knockdown with no major optimisation. Before I have been using LF and LF2000 without good results.

I am very happy with the DF1.
