Any company make custom microarray synthesis? - (Apr/05/2007 )

Hi guys,

I am looking for some company which makes oligo-based microarray chip for aprox 5000 genes.

Any suggestions, experience, etc., are welcome!

Stick to the original - Affymetrix...

agilent will make custom arrays

Unfortunately, you have a lot of options. Affymetrix is a reliable choice. There is one I've worked with in NC - Expression Analysis. You can also find some CORE University labs around the US that, if that's where you're located, that may be a little more affordable - but they have to accept outside samples.
