half life of EGFP protein - (Mar/20/2007 )
Hi Does anyone know the half life of Enhanced GFP protein in mouse eggs?

EGFP is a couple of hours, something around 12-18 hrs in cells. I might be in the range but not entirely right.

Injected EGFP mRNA into mouse oocytes.I would like to know the half life of this EGFP mRNA.
