Hi does any one know how to do microinjection into mouse oocytes?

What will you be injecting into the oocytes, and what info are you looking for about how to do it?
I can give you my protocol for injecting plasmid DNA into oocytes from 18 day-old mice if you're interested. I didn't do the actual injection myself, that was done by our transgenic core. Just how to prepare the DNA and oocytes, and what to do after injection.

Hi,
I will be injecting mRNA into mouse eggs.I know how to collect eggs and the culture conditions. I want to know in detail the injectoion conditions.What kind of glass pipette you use for making the injection needle?what instrument you use to make the injection needle, how thick the needle is, size of the opening of the needle. Aslo how do you make sure you injected mRNA into eggs?
Please let me know if you have answers for these. Thank you
