How do you find all the genes regulated by a particular transcription factor? - (Mar/16/2007 )
Am trying to find out which genes contain heat shock elements regulated by heat shock transcription factor 1. Is there a simple database query I can use to obtain such a list?

Go to http://www.gene-regulation.com/ search the Transfac factors database for your factor and see the list near the bottom of the summary page.
