ImageJ for 2D-TLC analysis - (Mar/10/2007 )

Hi Dear all

I am doing 2D TLC analysis .I used image J to measure and plot bands intensity for 1D TLC plate.

Does any know how to use imageJ to analyze 2D TLC plate ? Or, Would any one mind directing me to find plugins for this issue ?

do exactely what you do for 1D TLC with the gel analyze tool, but lane by lane...
