What kit to use for bisulfite sequencing? - (Mar/08/2007 )

Hi,

I'm new to the area and would like to know which kit people have found to be the best for bisulfite treatment and subsequent sequencing.

Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated.

most kits will do the job, they are expensive but work well.

You have to make sure you have good primers designed for PCR though.

I use methyleasy because it's good for low starting dna, I don't have much from my samples to study so the kit is great for that as there is no loss of DNA from the kit, the others have though.
