Assay for cell purity determination - (Mar/06/2007 )

Currently employing flow cytometry to account for cell purity (Ab(x) versus Ab(y)). Can anyone provide another assay (aside from Western) to determine the purity of a cell suspension? Thank you for any insight.

Thanks for the suggestions, Bearer. As you mentioned, however, these methods will prove difficult to quantify- points taken.
