hi,
can anybody know general flow cytometry protocol staining cells with molecular probes. for example i am i have to incubate my cells with probe and then i have to analyse cells. but how much probe and incubation time i dont know. please tell if anybody know about this

Amount of probe depends on your experiment. We always determine how much of which antibody we have to use when a new stock arrives.
Apart from this, is it intracellular or extracellular, do you have to fix cells or not, what colors will you be using?

You might try following a general Western blot protocol (e.g., wash. block, stain, etc.)
