cells and media - (Mar/01/2007 )

Dear all,
I am a beginner in tissue culture work. I have not done anything with tissue culture before, so I have no idea of it.
I am going to order tissue culture media for my works. However, I found that for a specific media, there are several types of different media. For example, DMEM alone has different types with variation in the content of a few elements (according to the Sigma's catalogue).
My question is, how do I know which one of them suit the cell-line I am going to work with? For your information, the cell-lines that I am going to work with are Vero cells, 293T cells and HeLa cells.
Thank you in advance for your advices.

Cheers,
