cell culture treatment, drug testing - (Feb/23/2007 )
Hi every friends
This is the first time for me to participate in this forum and to use cell culture.
I'd like to treat them with a pure extract compmound, what is the proper time to add the drug, provided that I'm using MCF7, HeLa and CHO cell lines

depends on what sort of experiment you are planning.
I wouldnt start it on a weekend.

not to confluent cell layers, better ~20 - ~40% confluency
-The Bearer-
