nuclei extraction of yeast (S.Cerevisiae) - any protocol? (Feb/22/2007 )

Hi everybody?
Does anibody know any protocol for the extraction of the nuclear fraction of yeast? I want to look for possible interacting proteins of my domain, that is located in the nuclear fraction (forms part of a splicing factor) and I suppose it would be easier if I could screen only proteins of the nuclear fraction instead of the whole extract.
