mistake in cDNA labelling - (Feb/19/2007 )

blush.gif Hi!
I made a mistake in my indirect labelling process, I used normal dNTP instead of aminolallyl modified dNTPs. Does somebody know if I can labell the cDNA with klenow and random hexamers and use it on my microarray chips, which are made with PCR products? Would I loose the gene representation?

Any comments, I thank you in advance. I can't loose this sample.

Hi nicolasa
try a labeling method from a company called KREATECH, its a chemical labeling without an enzymatic step
