Immunoisolation of Golgi - (Feb/16/2007 )

Dear all,

Does anyone have experience in immunoisolation of Golgi and can give me some hint, such as choice of antibody? Will anti-GM130 work? I'm quite unexperienced in this, so any hint will be really helpful!

I did find a paper about this recently. It's by Taguchi T, Traffic 2003; 4:344-352. I'll try to see if it works for me.
