This is a new kit and advantage are displayed. Could anyone re-evaluate its advantage and potential disadvantage? I am considering if I can use it in my experiment. But I have no experience in bisulfate treatment DNA. Thanks for help!

Hi sallynie,
the protocol doesn't sound better nor worse than protocols form Applied, Qiagen, Methyleasy and all the other kits. This kit has the advantage of the validated primers but seems on the other hand a little less convenient than the Epitect Kit by Qiagen, where you have less pipetting steps. Just try it and you will see!
