how to find the gene promoter region? - (Jan/22/2007 )

Hi guys,

Could anyone please tell me how to find the whole gene promoter region? Actually, I am looking for ErbB2 (HER-2) gene whole promoter. The sequence I found from pubmed is only around 670 bp.
