If I added 2% PS in media - (Jan/19/2007 )

( By mistake, Instead of 1%) I added 2% Penicillin/Streptomycin in my culture media (RPMI 1640).
And I dont want to waste of it!

Does it make it difference in cancer cell viability and other cellular activities??

U could dilute it by preparing more of the culture media. But I dont think the Pen/strep should bother cell growth and cellular activites as these antibiotics r selective to prevent bacterial growth.
