Is it posible to make ligation with DNA digested and stored at -20 - (Jan/16/2007 )

I want to know if I can use genomic DNA digested and plasmid DNA digested and stored at -20ºC for a long time to make a new ligation.

we have most of our plasmids in -20C and thaw them when we need to use it for any clonign steps. We also have the digested frgametns and/or plasmids in -20C and use it for ligations. I would typically warm the DNA fragments to 60C for 2 min. before using it for ligations.

we also keep all our daily used sample in -20c.
we preserve the stock in -80
