Blebbistatin concentration - (Jan/11/2007 )

Hi,
I am going to get binucleated HCT116 cells by treating them with blebbistatin
but I don't sure what concentration is optimal for HCT116, can anyone give me some suggestion?

Calbiochem offers a data sheet with the IC50; moreover read some paper where it was used; IC50 in cells should be worked out for your special cell line if it not documented
