How to differentiate Caco2 cells? - Stem cells and differentiation (Jan/09/2007 )

I am about to differentiate Caco2 cells and I am looking for some useful advice.
For the moment I plan to grow them in a flask and let them grow 15 days past confluency. Am I missing anything or am I on the right track? Anything special I should think about?

I guess you are differentiating Caco-2 cells for drug absorption studies. You are on right track but you might want to look at some commercially available media formulations which reduce the time to 3-4 days.
