I am doing a science fair project on the growth of bacteria in milk under different conditions: milk stored in a insulated lunch box, a paper bag and a metal lunch box. What is the ratio of methylene blue to milk that I should use to test for bacteria? I am using a methylene blue solution that is 1%. Thanks for any help offered.
