Is here anybody from Hongkong? - (Dec/16/2006 )

hello everybody

i am very happy to say that i am going to home after 2 years of jail (life in japan in a research lab like a jail to me). i will be back again here within 15 days. so i will be absent for sometime in this forum but I wish u all Marry Christmas and a very very happy new year.

by the way is here anybody from hongkong??? i will stay 24 hours at hongkong so within this time i want to explore hongkong as much as I can................can anybody please help me and provide some information about a short tour in Hongkong????????????

1. go to Disneyland to see Mickey and Minnie Mouse
2. Ocean Park to visit panda
3. visit temple
3. do lots of shopping

how far the ocean park from airport??? what is the transport facility?? i need some info about hotel too.

and about shopping, what is cheap there?? and what the most famous thing to buy?

well, I think you should try some other thing other than Hong Kong Disneyland, although I haven't been there, but most of my friend find there a bit too small. But Ocean park is funny, I have been there 5 times. (you can spend a whole day there)

sea food in hong kong is quite good, I think it is much better than that in Japan.

if you want to buy something cheap, I think temple street is a good place, and there are many different kind of thing. (spending a 2 hours is enough)

you can also try Star Ferry, it just cost $ 2 HK dollars something (1 US$ about 8 HK$), although the it just take 5 min.

actually i never travelled alone, and i am bit worried.

so i want to join in something organized, if i want to decide by myself may be i will make a hotchpotch.
