mES cells cultured on uncoated dishes/flasks grow well! - (Nov/29/2006 )

I recently found that mES cell(E14)cultured on oncoated dishes/flasks grows better than gelatin coated ones, except that the cells are easily to be detached in medium change.But the cells' morphology look better than those on coated dishes.
Does anybody has the experience or any advice?
