Could any body suggest what media and conditions should be used for culturing of normal human mammary epithelial cells and cells from cancerous tissue?

are they primary cells or a cell line?
if they're HMECs, try looking up a few papers in pubmed to get a general idea. for isntance, http://www.pubmedcentral.nih.gov/articlere...gi?artid=397564 says which media they used for their HMECs.
