protocol on M cell model - (Nov/22/2006 )

I'm looking for a protocol to convert Caco-2 cell into M cell. Can anyone help me?

Do you mean EMT?

I am interested in that but I do not know if there is a standard protocol for it but sounds plausible;

i think it involves co culture with another cell line in transwell plates.....raji cells i think

It is said that co-culturing of Caco-2 cell with B cell-like line called Raji cells will induce a redifferenciation of some of the epithelial cells into those with features of M cells. However, I'm a beginner in cell culture and I've never worked on Caco-2 cell before.... I'm looking for a standard protocol for that and so.... need your help....
