Need your opinion about sonication pictures - Any of my samples are usable? (Nov/17/2006 )
They are lysed in different concentrations. More cells in number 1 and 2. Sonication conditions and volumes are the same. I'm worried that number 1 and 2 have large sized DNA, and number3 and 4 are oversheared. Please give your opinion. I'd appreciate them very much! Thanks in advance!

btw, the concentrations are just two times different. Thanks!

i think lanes 3 and 4 would be fiine to use for ChIP
lanes 1 and 2 are also okay but the larger fragments would not be ChIP'ped compared to the smaller fragments.
