The mouse spinal cord anatomy - (Nov/17/2006 )

Hi everyone,

I have one question regarding the mouse spinal cord anatomy. I am supposed to do the surgery in the lumbar part of the spinal cord and I would like to know to which vertebrae it corresponds exactly. Thanks a lot in advance.

please check the landmark which vertebral you will aproach. for instance, count ribs from top tp down and that will indicate the vertebral at the back. for instance again in rat model. hope this can help you.
