good protocol for HeLA cells culture - (Nov/09/2006 )

I would like to ask You, which protocol (conditions, medium) are the best for culturing of HeLa cells. I have found a few, but do not know which of them would be the best.

You should check ATCC. They tell you EVERYTHING you need to get started.

Other than that you might want to check this thread we had a little while ago:

HeLa cells

well DMEM high glucose with glutamine and sodium pyruvate supplemented by 10% foetal calf serum and penicilin streptomycin.
