Hi guys,
can any body knows the method to maintain the chondrocyte phenotype in cell culuture. The cells are shifhting the chondrocyte phenotype to fibroblast. Can any body have idea??

In 3-d culture (micromass, hydrogels, alginate) and some also say hypoxia. Check the literature, it is a hot topic!
