cell biology - (Apr/18/2002 )

I do explant culturing of limbus tissue of eye. The problem is cells are happy and healthy
as long as the explant is there in the vicinity. I want to separate the cells from that mileau
and grow them separately as independent cell line. What do I do? I tried trypsinising the
cells from the matrix, pelleting and layering them on a fresh matrix, in vain. Please giveme some
clues to do this experiment.
