How to get rid of the fragment after cell lysis? - (May/10/2002 )
I use Erythoid lysis solution to get rid of the red cell from blood to collect the rest cells. but I found there is a lot of fragment after lysis. It is real trouble in FACS. Who can tell me how to solve it.
