i want the protocol for mannase assay. plz tel me how assay mannase.

Mannosidase (mannase?) is deficient in a rare autosomal recessive lysosomal storeage disorder that manifests as mild liver enlargement & some psychomotor difficulty. Check up lysosomal storeage disorders on the web. I think you can couple mannose lysis to NAD and hence simply measure spectroscopically. Here's one method reference that you may be able to track down.
