should I seed my neural stem cell on Matrigel coated glass cover slip or not? is it worst to use it or not?

matrigel would help in processes outgrowth. it could b advantageous.

Matrigel is a mixture of various ECM proteins; it is available with and without growth factors; Matrigel is recommended to enable or force cell-matrix adhesion and therefore to stimulate matrix-dependent processes
