HPV genotyping(Help) - (Sep/29/2006 )

Dear friends:
Recentely I paid my whole attention to genotyping the HPV.The question that I meet was I want to genotyping the 13 high-risk by one-step PCR,so the primer must be very specific,but when I use the DNAman software to align all seqence of HPV,I can not distinguish the high-risk from others types ,that means I can not find the special seqence of the high-risk to distinguish others type!
Here I want to know if there is some sofeware or program which can align HPV 13 high-risk as a whole to others so that I can see the difference directly
