about question of EB attach - (Sep/27/2006 )

we had cultured EB flowing 4 days ,then let EB attach into botton of dish covering gelatin,but 2 days later,EB still flow , why? help me!

If you want to attach EB to the dish bottom try coated with matrigel, it works for me (gelatin, colagen ain't work).
