How to check my 16S rDNA sequence is in full length? - (Sep/26/2006 )

Hi all,

I had sequenced the 16S rDNA from a few bacteria, its about 1.5kb. But i am not sure that my sequence is in full length or not. Is there a way to check if my sequence is in full lenght?

Thanks in advance.

yes instead of checking them on Sequence data bank you can still check them by gel.

just simply run them with the original 16s as control on gel.
