New stock of AD-293 cells - (Sep/25/2006 )
Hi all, i just bought from stratagene AD-293 cells for adenovirus production, but i am not quiet sure about at which passage i can use this cells for transfection.
Has anybody use these cells???, at which passage is better to use them???

it usually better to use low passage for virus preps.
With AAV-293 (from stratagene for AAV), we always used cells before passage 10 (due to the high amount of cell stocked in low passages).
Better ask stratagene.
