Rat Osteoblast Primary Cell Line - fetal rat calvaria (Apr/18/2002 )

I was wondering if anyone produces a primary prep from fetal rat calvaria for in vitro use in osteogenesis.  We have been having some problems here maintaining a consistancy between preps and hands.  I would like to pick someone's brain on the topic!
