Dear all:

I am quite new in neural stem cell field. I am confused by various markers for neural stem cell.

Anyone could suggest me your favorite markers for undifferiated and differiatied cells?

If there is any good review on this topic, please let me know also!

There are many markers. I've used nestin, which will be highly expressed in undifferentiated cells and not at all in differentiated cells.

nestin is for the undifferentiate cells, o4 and o1 for oligodendrocytes, anti B tubulin for neuron and GFAP for astrocytes.
