After doing RFLP how do we analyse the bands...what kind of sodtware to study genetic related ness

Also if contrast adjustments, removal of primer dimer and unwanted bands are done can it be found out.

first you have to score the bands then you will have file in simple TXT or so
and you put this file on one of the commercially exist programs for mor go to:
