Hello!
Quick question for anyone that has used pyrosequencing for BSP analysis. Is the pyrosequencing reaction efficient enough that it wouldn't require cloning steps as in normal direct BSP? Or would TA cloning still be recommended?

I have just started using pryosequencing to analyse the methylation status of a few genes. There is no cloning stage involved. You could read more about pyrosequencing at the Biotage website.
