problems with Caco-2 adherence - (Aug/23/2006 )

Hi! I´d like to know if is it common Caco-2 cell line not be adherent at plates! I´ve just been cultured my cells at 25/75 flasks and they had grown ok, but when I try at plates, they just not adhere... Is there anything wrong?

check your plasticware, it has to be tissue-culture treated... Caco should grow fine on tissue-culture treated flasks or plates... good luck!
