tween 20 and lanolin in plant physio experiment - (Aug/22/2006 )

i cant seem to find a site in the net as to what tween 20 and lanolin really are. they seem to be used in a lot of protocols in plant experiments and studies.

what are the effects of tween 20 and lanolin on a plant if applied? please be so kind..
