dear friends,

I want conjugate a blue dye to a lipid which used as a marker in confocal. Which dye (blue) should I use? Is pacific blue OK? thank you very much.

Do you mean a dye which is actually blue or that absorbs and emits at the blue end of the visible spectrum?

It depends on the laser you have, and the other labeling you want to do.
