Endothelial cells culture - Protocols for the culture of endothelial cells, special tips (Mar/01/2002 )

I would like to have a general protocol for endothelial cells culture. I would like to know things like if these is a coating that is needed prior to seeding, or else. I would appreciate if somebody could send me via EMail a protocol and special hints for this type of culture, or internet links on the subject.
